| RIO DE JANEIRO - Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff is the second most powerful mother in the world, according to list released by the U.S. business magazine Forbes. The ranking of the 20 most powerful mothers, which took into account the decision-making power and influence of each one, was based on the annual list of 100 most powerful women.
At the top of the list is the secretary of state of the United States, Hillary Clinton. Also appearing on the list is American first lady, Michelle Obama (7th), the Argentine President Cristina Kirchner (13th), and singer Beyonce (14th), and executives who work in business, entertainment and philanthropy.
